24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. If for any reason you are unable to give 24-hour notice your $20 deposit will not be refunded. If you arrive 7 minutes past your appointment time. You may need to get rescheduled. $20 deposit will not be refunded. Repeat offenders will be asked to pay in advance or will not be allowed to schedule at all.
